Who is Sarah?
Sarah is love in motion.
She’s the kind of friend people spend their whole lives hoping to find. She is the one who shows up and stays. The one who checks in days later just to make sure you’re okay. If someone she loves needs her, distance doesn’t matter. She’ll drive for hours or book a flight without thinking twice. She is selfless in a every way. Dependable in a way that makes you feel safe. Caring in a way that makes you feel seen.
She feels everything deeply and never hides it. She wears her heart on her sleeve and somehow makes that feel like strength instead of vulnerability.
Her mind works in a beautifully unique way that could sometimes be described as “special”. She notices details others miss. She finds magic in small things, especially rocks, which she collects with the same curiosity she brings to the world. The unknown doesn’t scare her, it actually seems to pull her forward. She says yes to life, even when it’s messy or uncertain, and she thrives in the spaces where most people feel lost (primarily hikes).
Most days she dresses like Adam Sandler, comfortable and content being her 12-year old boy self. But when she chooses to, she can walk into a room and make it go still cause she is HOT HOT. She has that presence (and also SUCH a nice butt).
She is musical, artistic, and deeply passionate. There is so much depth to her creativity, and it shows up in unexpected moments that make you stop and admire who she is.
At work, she is an extraordinary oncology nurse. She knows her craft, but what makes her unforgettable is the way she makes patients feel cared for when they are at their most vulnerable. She brings warmth into cold rooms despite being chronically cold herself. She brings humanity into clinical spaces and makes people feel less alone.
She lives a life of adventure. She says yes to experiences, to people, to growth. She runs toward life with open arms.
She loves Ziggy with her whole heart and makes sure he lives the happiest life possible. He’s the best example of what family means to her.
She is THE best girlfriend in the world. Loving. Present. Safe. Easy to please. She makes love and life feel steady but so exciting at the same time.
And one day, she will be an incredible mom (to a human). She’s so patient yet fun, so emotionally aware and caring. She’ll be the kind of mom who raises children that feel secure, understood, and deeply loved. Sarah will be the foundation for her children that allows them to take risks, be vulnerable, and venture into the unknown with confident curiosity because they know mom will love them unconditionally and have their back no matter what.
Sarah is not just someone you know.
She is someone who changes you simply by being herself.
To sum it all up:
The world is simply, and irrefutably, a better place because she is in it.
